Hello! I’m Jen Centeno, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share my story with you. As a proud mother of four children, my life is a bright and colorful tapestry woven from family, service, an unyielding passion for the arts, and mostly since getting saved in 2020, though my walk hasn't always been an easy one, in fact it seems that the journey has more bumps now than ever before, but in saying all this, I know I made the right choice to follow Jesus. Additionally, I served honorably in the United States Air Force, a chapter of my life that provided me with incredible experiences and shaped my character in profound ways.

My journey has blessed me with the chance to explore various corners of this beautiful country, from the sun-kissed beaches of California to the lush forests of the Pacific Northwest, and even to the captivating landscapes of Japan. Living in Japan allowed me to immerse myself in a vibrant culture, leading to personal growth and unforgettable memories that I cherish deeply. These experiences remind me of the richness life offers and the beauty of diversity.

Currently, I am wholeheartedly pursuing my degree at the Academy of Art, a venture that fuels my creativity and enhances my appreciation for artistic expression. This journey is not only about academic success but also a transformative process of personal development and resilience. As I prepare to send my second child off to college—a moment filled with pride and bittersweet reflection—I feel an even greater determination to pursue my own dreams. It’s a unique time, rich with emotions and reminders of the importance of embracing change and seizing the opportunities that lie ahead.

Right now, I reside in the stunning state of Alaska, where the breathtaking mountains and expansive landscapes continually inspire my artistic spirit. I’m excited to be expanding my business, Hanalima AK CO, which gives me the chance to share my unique paintings and artistic vision with the world. Each piece I create is a reflection of my emotions and experiences, and I hope they resonate with others as much as they do with me. As I navigate this journey, I am filled with optimism for the future and all the wonderful opportunities that await me. I can’t wait to see where this adventure leads both me and my family!
